If you place an order before 12, currently it can be processed the same day.

Order after 12, it may be dispatched same day, depending on the item but it won't be prioritised for same day dispatch. It will be dispatch next day at really busy times.

Orders over £30 will be free postage but we always use the cheapest service, so expect your items in 3 to 4 days.

Free local delivery in the Thanet area is available and local pick up, please ensure you select the correct service before completing your order.

We always provide tracking and you will be notified when your order has been dispatched, so as much as we know you are excited to receive your items, please check the tracking and wait a few days before contacting us.

We do have many items in stock but we have over 100 fragrances, currently, it's not possible for us to stock every product in every fragrance, so quite often we make to order and make extra to put on the shelf, this is a great way for us to build our stock.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us before returning and we will do our best to resolve it. Sometimes you may not need to return the item.

Personalised Items

Personalised items are handmade by me, Maxine, made to order and personal to you, so they are non-returnable unless I have made an error. I will always check with you to make sure you are satisfied with your finished product before I send to you, by sending images. Nevertheless, if there is something that you are not happy with, please let me know and I will do my best to resolve it.

Wholesale Orders

Minimum order for wholesale is £100. Generally, wholesale price is 50% of the retail price, but all items have a minimum order quantity.

Items are available branded and unbranded, and I may be able to produce your own branding for you at a cost.

Wholesale orders are made to order and can take up to two weeks, depending on the size of your order. If you need your order for a specific event, please communicate with me so that I can do my best to ensure you have your products in time.
